Cancellation Policy
Important tips: The order can be canceled before the parcel ship out, but we cannot cancel the order after shipping!
If the customer cancels for personal reasons, a 15% handling fee will be charged by our customer service department.
But a full refund can be made for non-personal reasons:
1. Logistic reasons: no shipping service to the customer's area;
2. Seller's responsibilities: the product is out of stock, and the customer does not agree to exchange it.
3. Not shipped over time: the buyer did not contact to suspend or change the order, but the package still has not been dispatched for more than 5 working days after placing the order.
